Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:
1. Each voucher is valid for 3 years from date of issue. Voucher can be used anytime on or before expiry date.
2. Only one voucher per order can be redeemed online. Voucher code must be entered into the order form prior to the order being submitted.
3. Vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be used to purchase another voucher or exchanged for cash.
4. Vouchers cannot be changed or cancelled once issued.
5. The total value of the purchase must be equal to or greater than the value of the voucher. Any remaining balance on the order must be paid prior to the order being finalised and processed.
6. Voucher code can only be redeemed for orders destined for NSW, ACT, VIC, QLD and SA. It cannot be used for special orders destined for TAS, WA, NT or international orders.
7. Vouchers can be used for any items throughout the website (www.watergardenparadise.com.au) including postage and handling charges. If the value of the order amount is lower than that of the voucher, then a new voucher will be re-issued for the remaining amount but the expiry date remains unchanged.
8. Vouchers cannot be used for special orders, wholesale and trade orders.
9. Voucher value is in Australian dollars (AUD) and can only be purchased in Australia dollars (AUD).
10. Voucher will be delivered electronically (via provided email address).
11. Orders paid for using the gift voucher cannot be cancelled or refunded, but items within the order can be changed prior to order being processed for dispatch.
12. You are responsible for keeping your voucher secure and confidential. We will not be able to replace (or re-issue) any lost or stolen vouchers.
