How soon will you send out my parcel?
The cut-off day for orders is close of business on the last working day (or Friday) of each week. This is to allow us sufficient time to harvest the plants and pack them into a parcel for you. We send out parcels (containing live plants) early in the week to avoid them being caught up in the postal system over the weekend. Orders that is fully paid by Friday 5pm (AEST/AEDT) will likely to the parcel dispatched on the following Monday or Tuesday. Otherwise, the parcel will be sent out the week after. We process each order as it comes in and we aim to dispatch parcels as quickly as we can. However, during peak periods between spring and autumn, it may take a little longer. This is due to high volume of orders coming in.
Orders containing hardgoods (i.e., pond accessories including fertilisers) will be sent on the first business day after the payment has been cleared.
Orders with one or more lotus tubers will be sent when the lotus plants are ready to be harvested. If you would like the remainder of the items from your order sooner, then please add an extra set of postage.
