This is a group of plants (including waterlilies and lotus) where part or whole of the plant are edible when carefully prepared. Dispatch anytime of the year unless specified.

All plants are supplied in BARE-ROOTED form (i.e., unpotted and free from soil media).

NOTE: Thorough research MUST be undertaken before preparing these plants for consumption. We do not hold any responsibility for incorrect usage for these plants.

Apios americana (Ground Nut)
An aquatic twiner. Interesting red flowers over summer. Rhizomes are said to be edible. Rare.

Aponogeton distachyos (Water Hawthorn)
Beautiful white orchid-like flowers. Long green strap-like leaves sometimes with brownish patterns. Prefers the cooler climate or semi-shade to flower well.
